All custom wig orders have a 48 hour return policy.
Example- Processing time for all wigs are 14 business days. You must return the wig to the forwarding address within 48 hours of the day the wig is delivered (eg. if you receive your wig on a Monday and you want to return it, you must return it no later than the Wednesday of that same week). The lace MUST NOT be cut.
We are not responsible for shipping costs. Returns attract a 15% restock fee.
Example- Cost for wig- $400, restock fee- $60, Customer's refund- $340.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, purchase shipping insurance and add shipping delivery signature. Please send tracking number once product is shipped. Haircare products
Haircare products must be returned in its original package and unused. Same shipping rule above applies.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Cancellations For any reason you want to cancel your order, there will be 25% rate deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of your purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
